Moving the cabin to the KohKohMah & Foster Living History Encampment site
Day 1
The cabin was originally built in 1855. In 2003 the cabin was donated by Bill & Myra Pointer and
was located in eastern Howard County. It was then disassembled by Bud Stahl and crew in preparation to
move appoximately 25 miles to the western part of Howard County to Bob & Robin Auth's farm.
Day 3
Both halves are coming together with the help of 2 cranes and Bud's crew. Bob was getting pretty
excited about this time and Robin thought he was
beginning to loose his mind. Bob and many of his
re-enactor friends had plans of restoration and restore it they did..........................................
